About the Author

 Aurie lives in rural wisconsin with her husband and three beautiful children. She is an avid out doors lover and writes whenever the mood strikes. She has written stories for her children. But mostly she writes for her own enjoyment and therapy.

About my latest book, Broken Vessels Can Be Mended

  Born fourth in a family of five children. Raised in a conservative mennonite family, where things were supposed to be perfect. But behind closed doors, her life is a living nightmare. Noone notices the pain in her eyes or wonders why she is paralyzed by fear just thinking about stepping outside after dark. they all say it's time to grow up, quit being such a touch me not. Only in her dreams is there any relief.Is it imagination? Or is there a higher power who knows and sees His hurting chidren.When there is no where else to turn, does He reach down and help, or is He there all along.
